Warranty Terms


1. We provide 3 years warranty for all regular products.
2. Warranty since the date shipped from BLUETECH.
3. Under the terms of this warranty, if the product has a failure occurring under normal usage within warranty period, BLUETECH will provide free maintenance service based on the proof-documents and invoice (copy) of failure product, for the proof document, it is flexible like video, photos, Meanwhile, for some failed items, we try to replace directly; some may request shipping the defective items back to BLUETECH.
4. BLUETECH will provide paid maintenance service by following conditions within warranty.
  - Failure or damage due to force majeure.
  - Failure or damage due to transport or unloading.
  - Failure or damage due to incorrectly usage or fail to comply with the User's Guide and Caution.
  - Failure or damage due to demolition, repair, alteration without Manufacturer's authorization.
5. Please deliver the failure product by strong packing for maintenance service; BLUETECH will not be responsible for any failure or damage in transportation if customer uses improper packing.
6. BLUETECH reserves the rights for final explanation of aforesaid terms.
7. BLUETECH will not be responsible for any other failure or damage by incorrectly usage.
